A stylish young couple from New York approached Hazel Collins to create an elegant pied-a-terre in London where they could step off a red-eye and feel instantly calm and at home. In addition, they desired a sophisticated space they would feel proud to entertain in. 

A core furnishings palette of elegant Belgian linens and luxurious velvets in muted hues is sharpened with accents of brass, bronze and richly veined marbles; the resultant mood is one of quiet sophistication, designed to endure. Highlights include striking bespoke furniture and joinery: a brutalist entrance console, marble-topped bedside tables with inbuilt charging pads and a decorative shelving unit flanking the TV.
