An urban flat set within a celebrated Arts & Crafts building in Notting Hill. The brief was to create an elegant, uplifting haven for for a young chef with subtle nods to its heritage through textiles, antiques and bespoke joinery.

We nodded to the essence of the Arts & Crafts movement - nature, craftsmanship with a human hand - with our furnishings and joinery proposal, careful to avoid pastiche via contemporary forms, balance of furniture, lighting, art etc. Layering and the desire for the finished home to not require too much maintenance were also a key objective from our client.
